This book dedicated to pilgrims provides an introduction to the Divine Mercy Novena which was relayed to St. Faustina by the Lord Jesus. It offers a route for pilgrims through the main locations in Vilnius which are associated with the message of Divine Mercy. Those who would like to embark on the pilgrimage in Vilnius will find an overview of the route in the book’s introduction. There is useful information about how to get oriented in the city, understand the sequence of the stations, and see how they relate to the Divine Mercy Novena.
This booklet provides a brief historical snapshot of every location or station, shares segments of St. Faustina‘s and Bl. Michael Sopočko’s lives, provides short meditations on the theme of the station based on texts of St. Pope Paul VI, St. Pope John Paul II, and Pope Benedict XVI. Also included are the texts from the diary of St. Faustina, and the intentions of the Novena of Divine Mercy.
